Our school thrives when our community comes together.

The Wamberal Public School P&C Association is made up of dedicated parents and carers who volunteer their time and skills to support our school. Our committee for 2025 brings together a passionate team working across a range of areas - from fundraising and finances to school events, canteen operations, and community engagement.

We’re always looking for new volunteers! Whether you can lend a hand occasionally or take on a regular role, your involvement makes a big difference. You don’t have to join the committee to help.

Everyone is welcome to participate, share ideas, and be part of our school community.

President – Ella Hrncr

The President leads the P&C and represents our parent community in partnership with the school. Ella chairs meetings, coordinates key initiatives, and ensures our activities align with the needs and values of Wamberal Public School.

Treasurer – Alison Jones

The Treasurer manages the P&C’s finances - keeping track of budgets, payments, and fundraising income. Alison helps ensure our funds are used wisely to deliver real benefits for students and the school community.

Secretary – Sheridan McPherson

The Secretary keeps our P&C running smoothly by managing correspondence, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and supporting clear communication between the committee, the school, and parents.

Vice President 1 – Krystal Johnson

The Vice President assists the President and takes on leadership of special projects and events throughout the year. Krystal helps ensure things run smoothly and that our community activities stay connected and inclusive.

Assistant Treasurer – Emily O’Brien

The Assistant Treasurer supports the Treasurer in managing payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Emily also plays an active role in the canteen operations, helping keep our daily services running efficiently.

Correspondence – Bianca Beresford

Bianca helps manage incoming and outgoing communication, keeping our community informed and ensuring correspondence from families and partners reaches the right people.

Executive Member – Leanna Maionne (Performing Arts)

Leanna supports the P&C’s performing arts initiatives - helping coordinate performances, showcase events, and opportunities for our talented students to shine on stage.

Executive Member – Emily O’Brien (Canteen Coordinator)

As our Canteen Coordinator, Emily helps oversee the day-to-day running of the school canteen, supporting healthy, affordable food options and a friendly service for students and families.

Executive Member – Taryn McVey and Nicola Kos (Fundraising)

Taryn and Nicola lead our fundraising projects - from community events to raffles and special activities. They help bring creative ideas to life that raise funds for important school resources and improvements, and create lasting memories for our students, of their primary school days.

Executive Member – Emmi Miller (School Beautification)

Emmi coordinates our school beautification projects - everything from gardens and outdoor spaces to visual improvements that help to enhance the already incredible space that Wamberal Public School occupies. We are truly lucky to have such beautiful, open grounds in which our students can thrive.
